Great News at Synergy!!!
Great news everyone! We have an exciting new addition to the Synergy team!
Dr Sam Ahmed will soon be joining us to work alongside Richard and helping to expand our growing family of patients and friends.
We can’t wait for him to start on November 12 as it took a while to find just the right person to suit our practice’s, shall we say, slightly ‘quirky’ character!
Sam’s an excellent clinician as well as a lovely guy and we’re confident that everyone will welcome him to the fold.
He will initially be working one day per week while we build his client base and we’re sure that our patients will be happy to recommend him.
Sam is married with two young daughters and brings with him a wealth of experience which will add an extra dimension to the services we offer here at the practice. He is a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery and is currently studying his MSC in dental implants at the University of Manchester; as well as a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry.
He trained at Cairo-based Ain Shams University – reputed to be Egypt’s oldest university – before moving to the UK. Since then, he has worked in the maxillofacial surgery departments at several hospitals, including Birmingham and North Staffs, as well as in practice at other dental surgeries in the area.
Lesley said: “Sam’s appointment is another indication of Synergy’s incredible growth over the last six years.
“It’s really important that we maintain the quality of service our patients have come to expect – and I’m sure that Sam is just the right man to build on that progress.
Richard will continue to provide existing patients with the same personalised service that he has for the past 25 years. But having an additional clinician on the team will enable us to continue the growth of the practice in Biddulph and help even more new patients look after their dental health.”
During November, we will be offering initial consultations with Sam at £25 for a comprehensive dental assessment lasting 45 minutes to one hour.
So, welcome Sam. It’s great to have you aboard!
