Lesley Morgan-Barlow (MCIPD) - Practice Director

Lesley joined the practice in December 2009, before this she had an extensive and varied career largely working in the area of Human Resources, Business Management and Client Services.

Her role at the Synergy Dental Care encompasses all aspects of the day to day management of the practice as well as client support and she is available to discuss your treatment and financing options with you.

Prior to joining Richard as business partner, Lesley had herself been a patient of the practice for a number of years; she often jokes that she 'liked it that much she bought the company'.

During the past year she has enjoyed her work at the practice, getting to know both the team  and our patients. Lesley is delighted with the transformation she and Richard have achieved and looks forward to welcoming existing and new patient to the practice.

When she is not at the practice, most of Lesley’s spare time is occupied by her young family but when she does get time to herself she enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and family as well as walking and reading.
